The taste was wonderful! Having vanilla, chocolate and strawberry is like a form of neopolitan. It was very good

Ordered a 3 scoop sundae.. they were out of Pralines and Cream???? and “don’t carry peanut butter and chocolate at this location”…..my Dasher called me and I substituted flavors but then only got 2 scoops and no hot fudge…..horrible service but great Dasher Kody helped make it better.

I was informed this was not a full service Baskin Robbins so they did not have the ice cream I ordered nor the toppings. This is the second time this has happened . Door Dash should find out what they DO have and adjust the menu ! The girl on the phone was kind but it still didn't change the fact that I paid for a topping that I didn't get

Had to regroup on what I wanted. They had none of the flavors or toppings. I have to mention because this is a consistent issue. Will probably not order again.

They did not complete my order. They were rude & told my dasher they could not make my order due to being out of sever items.
