Smok is legit BBQ! I've had bbq all over FoCo and Smok is the best. Ranking their menu pork belly, burn ends, brisket, ribs, and chicken. Deviled eggs are worth a taste and the fries aren't bad. Good que that's reasonbly priced not bad at all for bbq made outside of Kansas City.

the Fried Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich s was dry and had an after taste of McDonald's fish filet. there was barely any slaw on the sandwich but so many pickles. for a nearly $20 sandwich it was pretty bad. the portions are tiny for the price. bread is thrown in with the meat for delivery so it's soggy when it arrives. the potato salad was good. the pulled pork was dry and bland.

Brisket was super dry, bland, and overall disappointing. The burnt ends were exceptional, but the portions were pretty pathetic. Pulled pork was okay, not much flavor without drowning it in sauce, but had nice texture. For the price there's better options. I definitely will not be ordering again.

Everything was great, it was packaged perfectly. Most importantly it nice two get more than 2 pieces of chicken when you order a pound. Also, the white bbq sauce is a must try. This place has been my go to for bbq since they came to Fort Collins.

Excellent delivery and always good food from Smok. Smaller portion of Brisket this time, but it's always good Q. And best Pit Beans in No Colorado.
