The Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich was good...as expected. As well as the coffee. But the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich on ciabatta was VERY disappointing for the price...it costs more than the other sandwiches and the picture online makes it look like it has crispy bacon and it is much bigger than it is...but it is actually quite small and you can barely see or taste the bacon...Small, small small... I will never order that sandwich again.

The cardboard mouth covers they use to "seal" the cup does not work. Have attempted delivery 4+ times and every time half the drink is spilled all over the bag. I don't at all blame the delivery driver for this as the seal is often slipping off the mouth hole upon arrival. Starbucks needs to take notes from other more successful cup sealing methods. Secondly, you are pretty much paying DOUBLE for what you would pay going to the store. There is a problem with how substitutions are handled in the app, such as removing a syrup and replacing for a different one. You end up being up-charged for EACH INDIVIDUAL CHANGE. It is expected that there is an additional cost when having items delivered, however, I think Starbucks has aimed to assume the consumer is ignorant and won't notice the nearly double price point for their usual drink. Most retailers have 10%-30% price increases for delivery platforms, Starbucks has a 80% increase on any modified beverage items. DON'T SUPPORT THIS.

Melted drink that isn't the right size despite me having paid for a venti. This location always puts hot food with cold drinks. Order accordingly

caramel macchiato… My only complaint is they never fill it to the top lol but it is delicious but for the price they should fill it up
