all our items were perfect! whoever packed our items wrote a sweet note on one of our bags Wishing us a nice day with an extra pastry!!! Definitely made our day :-)

Good quality drink. (However I have qualms about the ordering process in this app). For the food however... the jalapeño pockets came in brown bags instead of the white ones meant for savory foods, and lost their moisture and warmth too quickly. I also noticed that the ordering system in this app limits customizations unlike in-store or if you ordered using the actual Starbucks app. For example, usually customers will have a one-time charge for added syrup whereas this app charges per pump. That's an extra charge of 95¢ per pump on door dash!!! Also customizations for adding cold foam are limited to LIGHT. Some people want extra or click the button thinking they will be getting a REGULAR amount. This is misleading. Please fix the customization options!

This a "what I bought and what I got" example. Smaller, thin, squashed, old basil, barely any mozzarella. The third picture is what they show the sand which looking like on their menu.
