First time trying Violets! The oxtail taste great! I hate when restaurants make it too salty, and this restaurant does NOT do that! They are flavorful, and they have that little sweetness to it that I like! Rice and peas were flavorful and fluffy, and the cabbage was great! the portions are also fair! They weren't skimpy on the oxtail Thank goodness!

I lovveeeeeeeee their food. I go here so much. The oxtails are amazing, the chicken is tender and the portions are so fulfilling. My food is always hot when I get it. Just PERFECT. Keep up the great work!

I don’t know if they changed the chef or not, but it tastes dramatically different from when I usually get it. They put 3 big chicken drums , barely any gravy. I don’t like whoever made this , because the one I’m used to having taste delicious this tasted so bland

Stew Chicken was soooo good and flavorful. They gave lots of gravy over the rice which is a plus. And when they were out of one of the items I chose they called to inform me and let me pick a suitable replacement

best Jamaican restaurant in Nj ... everything is amazing!!! my favorite is the whiting fish and curry goat, their jerk pork, brown stew chicken and curry chicken is amazing too and customer service is amazing!!!!
