• 18/03/23Received pho with the noodles packed separately and UNCOOKED (I didn't ask for this). The soup wasn't hot enough to soften the noodles after soaking for several minutes. I had to pick out the hard pieces, and eat the pho without noodles...
Grilled pork (with rice) had good flavor, but very dry/tough and much smaller amount of meat compared to before.
Subs and summer rolls are still great.

• 29/10/23Can't give this restaurant 5 stars in spite of it being one of the best take out places I've used. The reason is that they always forget one item of the order. This is the third time this has happened to me ordering from them. Despite that I will keep ordering from Pho & Grill because their food is absolutely delicious. I just wish they would carefully check their orders before sending them out.

• 25/03/23Pho was OK. Fresh rolls were old. The wrapper was tough and peanut sauce isn't traditional peanut sauce. It was very salty.
