always great food, and although you can't take things off the subs in the menu selection, they do actually listen to special instructions when you put them in.

What a shame. Usually the food is very fresh and tasty. Todsy the chips seemed old and the chicken was dry. Very disappointing.

Ordered a half chicken, but only got a quarter chicken. The sides are also smaller than what I get from other Chargrilled Charlie stores. Very disappointed.
