Biscuits and Gravy was really delicious, large portion, great deal for price. Tasty gravy. Side of crispy bacon was delicious, and generous.
BLTA was a nice toasted sandwich with crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes and fresh avocado and greens. I had thought there was sprouts on it, but it was fresh greens. Very good. nice variety of healthy choices. Order packed well.

Highly HIGHLY recommend the Heart of the Valley it's a perfect mix of sweet from the raspberry and hazelnut and a little bit of bitterness from the coffee in it, I am 100% going to order this again. The Works Omelette is so good and the hash tastes fresh like it was freshly made the portion sizes are perfect as well, definitely a 10/10 love it!!!!!

This menu item should be criminalized, because anything as perfect as this carrot cake has to be illegal. It's dense and moist, with pineapple chunks and raisins in the cake and topped with a thick real cream cheese icing and walnuts. It's a replica of the carrot cake my mom used to make. The portion is large enough for two, or save half for breakfast.

Awesome flavor and good portion size, everything looks and tastes fresh. Probably my favorite food option in Albany. The Bodhi Scrabble is delicious and will be my go-to, but a smidge oily. The Dragons Breath could use some more strawberry or something else with stronger flavor, it's pretty bland but still very refreshing. I got the Brooklyn Bagel with bacon, tomato and avocado and it's lovely, smells soooo good. Great bagel.

The Cubano is not a traditional Cubano but it captures all the right flavors and was so good, it satisfied my Cuban food cravings for sure. Similarly, the Piña Colada was not traditional but it was delicious and definitely healthier than the original. The Ham and Swiss Croissant Pastry was one of the best I've ever had, and H&S croissants are one of my favorite foods so that's saying a lot. Their prices are great for how good the food is!
