The rolls are so big you can't put it in your mouth. The cucumber is bitter. The sushi rice is awful, very mushy not sticky and the taste is very sour.

Ordered the fried rice with shrimp the rice very mushy onions were burned very watery rice. They literally put about 6 shrimps on there although the shrimps were cooked perfectly and very tasty. I highly recommend that the rice recipe make changes. The baked salmon rolls were ok.
