This is the 2nd time I've ordered a side of sour cream that it is not in my bag.  I have to pay extra for it so it's very frustrating.

My taco was literally mush when I got it. I love your food but when you have to get a spoon to scoop a taco up because it's just mushy it doesn't have the flavor it should have.

they get the orders correct MOST of the time, but I recommend having a backup drink and straw available

Order was missing 2 items and our large order of nacho fries only half full (with no fries in the bottom of the bag). The delivery driver made other deliveries before ours and the food was cold by the time we got it.
