This is how my $22 JR's Jumbo Deluxe Burger arrived. It was dry and appeared like someone didn't really care about the presentation.

The burger and frys were cold and the picture of the burger onthe app is not the Captain Neon Burger that i got. It also toasted dry as well. An the fry was like a small fry from Macdonald's

The bottle of wine I received was half empty and clearly marked as if it had been from behind the bar.

Loved the soft pretzels for me and my family. As far as the kids meal... the kids scooby snacks- I think the scooby snacks were good according to my son. The thing he complained about was not having ketchup. I even looked for a spot to request it but there is simply no way to ask, especially for those of us who are moving and just dont have ketchup. I personally think it's a little weird to deliver the adult size "scooby snacks" with ketchup but the kid size with only mustard because as far as I know, not many kids want mustard with their corndogs.
Also, we thought he was getting a Caesar salad as a side which is the only salad he will eat. The salad was greens, red onion, tomato, and cucumber with a side of caesar dressing ( I have a very picky kid and were trying to wor on it). I know that it could have just been a dressing as an option, but maybe specify the kind of salad/what is in it, especially for kids.
