• 6/08/22If you haven't tried the Jamaican jerk sub you're missing out! Absolutely delicious. If you like spicy then add jalapeño cheddar cheese slices for extra heat.

• 22/12/25Hook & Ladder.® was good. They left out my pickle.Extra Cheesy Mac n Cheese was missing half. Firehouse Chili was decent, but again, it was not full. Would not order the expensive mac and cheese again.Will not order the Firehouse Chili again. It was just a bit of meat and sauce.

• 27/08/25While the Italian was amazing, the Mac & Cheese was awful. I will never order that again. The cup was half full, and it was so bland. It was more of a bechemel sauce than it was cheese. I do love their subs, but never again for the Mac and cheese.

• 27/12/25Big issues today. Stale bread, one slice of ham per sandwich, missing ingredients, hardly any substance of the remaining ingredients, this was terribly disappointing.
