The Honey Ham sub on a gluten free bun is so good! Their gluten free bun is the best sandwich bun I have ever had. It is a great bite with plenty of ham in it and the produce is always fresh. I also appreciate that they change their gloves and use a clean surface to avoid cross contamination . I keep going back for another one! My son really like the Sweet & Spicy Meatball sub too.

I called the restaurant to ensure that the deli meat was heated enough to be safe for this pregnant mama, and they were SO friendly and more than willing to accommodate. Great customer service and even greater sandwich.

I really like their subs but they missed a couple things on my order. My New York Steamer® was missing cucumbers and mustard + request for no pickles. Their mac is pretty good and I love the brownies.

I love Firehouse Subs when I eat there but today when I ordered my beef and brisket, it was awful when I got here didn’t have any cheddar cheese and the roll they use was not flushed at all and it was all dried out and I was just very unhappy I have that every time I go there and this one was just awful. Thank you.
