Firehouse always delivers the best sandwiches everrrrr. The meats were still nice & juicy & warm... just absolute yumminess👌🤤

Great service and great food. We loved the Firehouse Hook & Ladder.® sandwiches. They were packed with flavor. Going to order again from Firehouse. The portion sizes and freshness worth your money. We are telling everyone to try them if they haven't because they are missing out on something really good.
We appreciate the care they give to the food they prepare.

Quality has really gone downhill recently. Bread has gotten smaller & I could barely find the turkey & ham on my sub in between the ridiculous amount of mayo. Mayo was literally dropping off my sub into my lap as I ate it. I wound up throwing the second half out because it just tasted like eating a slimy mayonnaise sandwich.

The Cookie was very small and I am not impressed. Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub was pretty good, but did not taste as fresh as I was expecting.

My Steak & Cheese Melt tasted pretty good even though it wasn't made completely the way I asked the onions are not caramelized just slightly grilled and I didn't get any extra lettuce like I asked or chopped pickles and I didn't get any utensils to eat my soup. Good thing I already had some. If they just paid a little more attention to the order details and made sure they added utensils when needed. This would definitely be a five star review. They have potential for it hopefully next time I order it's all included and right.
