• 5/05/25China Taste is my "go to" Chinese restaurant. As a matter of fact, it's my "go to" restaurant, period.
The food is fabulous, and even the regular portions are large.
Most of the entrees have two different sizes so you can order up if you're feeding a family and the price difference is only a few bucks.
I usually order Walnut Shrimp OR a Chicken entree with an order of Sauteed Broccoli and that one order last me two days, so it's economical too.
I've had their General Tso's Chicken, Curried Shrimp and Onions, Kung Pao Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Curried Chicken and Onions and their Walnut Chicken (at different times, of course). All of their dishes are awesome!
Their General Tso's Chicken (a favorite of mine) beats all the other Chinese restaurants I've been to and I'm from San Francisco, so that says a lot (fun fact - SF has a lot of Chinese restaurants).
Summary: China Taste has amazingly good food, large portions and great prices.

• 14/02/26The H1. Happy Family family was good but there were only 2 shrimp and 2 scallops. The beef had a strange flavor, I'm not sure what it was marinated with. The larger 8. Wonton Soup was huge with lots of wontons.

• 19/01/26I really like this place since it's close by and so the food is usually super hot and fresh. However I got the 70. Pepper Steak with Onion and it was 95% just onion.... $11 for some cut up onion not really what I was expecting.

1. The portion sizes are large. Much larger than I anticipated which goes well for the price of the food. 1 entree 1 soup and 2 appetizers was less than 30 dollars.
2. The food was hot when I arrived back at my hotel with the food.
The Bad:
1. The food is generic. It's not fresh, it's all packaged and heated to serve food.
2. The pick up is hard to find as the sign is hidden high on the building that's color-coded to the building like camouflage.
3. An order of 6. Crab Rangoon us large and plentiful. it's mostly wonton tho. Included with 3 egg rolls and a crab ragoon was half a saucer of sweet and sour. They charged for any extra sweet and sour.
Overall poor experience and won't return.

• 17/04/24I love China taste! 10/10! Always so good! The C19. General Tso's Chicken is the best and it comes with a delicious egg roll. 5. Fried Chicken Wings is also crispy & delicious ;)
