The chicken ramen was delicious, especially while feeling under the weather. It was packed well, appreciated that the flavorful broth was separated from the noodles, chicken, and vegetables, so it traveled well and kept the noodles perfectly chewy. Loved that they also included garlic, red pepper, and other accoutrements on the side to add an extra kick. Will definitely order again.

This is without a doubt the best ramen in Chicago. The portions are always generous but the real star is the broth — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s so good that l order ramen only from here. Absolutely amazing and worth it every single time

I don't understand why restaurants like this don't provide utensils or chopsticks. No fun to scoop Chicken Ramen with a hotel coffee cup. The ramen was good, the chicken was quality white meat. The broth was quite oily.

I usually ordered the Chicken Ramen on repeat whenever I order here. I noticed with today’s pick up that there was a lack of chicken in the ramen. Only 3 slices each. When I’m in the restaurant I usually get 5 good size slices in the bowl. If I was able to add a picture I would. Additionally one of the usually toppings was missing, a piece of seaweed in each bowl. Food tasted fine like normal its the small details that brought it down.

The food was hot and great for price. I liked that it came separately from the broth so it was not soggy. It is not very flavorful but well cooked.
