This sandwich was good. it used to be great. It used to be a baconeggandcheese on a croissant and it was perfect. Adding the mashed avocado, changing the cheese to mascarpone, chopping up the bacon, along with the scramble eggs made this sandwich a sloppy, unstructured mess. something needs to be whole, ideally the bacon, to hold this thing together. It was tasty, dont get me wrong. But I had avocado, mascarpone, and scrambled eggs falling out of every side resulting in food all over my hands. .Artisinal B.E.C. Breakfast Sandwich
