The Holy Shiitake thin crust is always delicious. Ordered a House Salad(large) for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised with the amount and quality of ingredients. Very fresh and beautifully packaged. Always a great experience with Mellow Mushroom!

What a pathetic looking Margherita-style pizza. $3.75 for 6 specks of basil. Nothing is evenly distributed. Barely any tomato. 

So disappointed. This should never have left the restaurant.

The crust was paper thin and there was no Buffalo sauce or ranch that was suppose to come  on the pizza, the whole pizza was uneven and crooked. Pretty disappointed because their other pizza are usually great.

the pizza is amazing, but the wings are always so so so dry and not edible. Its not crispy...just dry, bit smelly and bad. There are so many ways to cook the wings moist inside and crispy on outside, I don't know if they ever taste their own dish.

Received a non-gluten free brownie. I have celiac and am unable to eat gluten without health complications. This is the first time this has happened with this store but it makes me wonder how safe ordering from it is.
