We love their food. Today, with family in from out of state, we introduced them to it. They thought it was really good!!

Second time ordering. The first time was great. We ordered last night and had the same things but it didn't even feel like the dishes were the same. Portions were small and the flavors were not as good as the first time. Not sure we will order again.

I really like cupbop, I used to order it more than I do now and it was really good, lots of food and I would generally have left overs. The last 2 time I ordered they have absolutely not filled the bowl. This last time specificly there was about 2 bites of noodles/rice at the bottom and they never make the sauce sloppy anymore. The bowl was also half empty. It tastes really good they just aren't giving you honest sizing anymore. 😬

Sadly, this new location of Cupbop did not live up to the other locations in town. I had two pick up orders this morning and the mandoo on both orders, the sauce requests (that is on the menu) were ignored and the mandoo was dry. (see picture) They also failed to include my son's ice cream, and why did I even bother to click on the Utensils and napkins request. NONE were included. Additionally, there were no other customers in the store when the orders were picked up. You would think they would check to make sure everything was there. The Kimchi fried rice was amazing and the bowls themselves were good, but when you select the option "Sloppy" that means extra sauce. Again, this store failed on many levels today.

Mandoo Plus They definitely where stickler with the sauce, barely filled the container a third full if that, and you can tell the stickers where rushed. The outside was crisp, but the inside was very mushy.
Combo Bop Bowl good portions, but the biggest fault was the meat. The beef was definitely slightly burnt and overloaded with the smokey taste, each bite of beef felt like there was smoke in my mouth.
