Fusion is the best cafe here in Santa Fe. They have amazing food and coffee and the NICEST staff ever. 10/10 experience every time

Order took 25 minutes to be prepared. I paid 18 dollars for some huevos rancheros, it only came with one tortilla underneath the eggs. For 18 dollars i at least want 2 tortillas underneath like the burrito company does for cheaper. Service is okay i checked, its actually 1 and a half tortillas, couldnt bother to put the second half of the tortilla? Disappointed more and more by this place.

Omelette was perfectly cooked, a good size, and tasted great. However, DoorDash description (generated by AI) said "Typically includes eggs, cheese, ham, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes," but I didn't find that to be accurate. I chose bacon instead of ham, but the only other things that came inside the omelette were hashbrown potatoes and cheese (the latter I was happy about). No bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes. It did include the side salad as pictured but no dressing. I added a Side Salsa roja (taquera) for $2.50 to order, which seemed small for price (small condiment-sized container). I was able to select both red & green chile to come on the side with the omelette at no additional cost, and those side chiles each came in much bigger containers. All in all, a good breakfast, but don't count on the AI descriptions - not sure if the restaurant can ask to fix those, but if it can, it should. And DoorDash should work to make descriptions more accurate and reliable to avoid folks deciding DoorDash is more trouble than it's worth.

Best breakfast burritos in the plaza area. I come here because it is convenient fast, and delicious. Their quality has risen since my first review. The red chili os one of the best youll have. The green good as well. Christmas is a blast.
Definitely impressed and i have been telling my coworkers. That is big because i only recommend the best.
I am a cook at heart and i know what tastes good. This makes the cut. Can barely hold this one handed.

All week I've been ordering food from Fusion Cafe via the Door Dash App and I've been impressed with everything; from the taste of their food, portions, and price.
Today i tried their breakfast burrito with bacon and potatoes with a side of green chili. The Burrito was so enormous that I had to cut in half and save the other half for later. The eggs were fluffy and beautifully prepared. I've had burritos from numerous locations in Santa Fe and this one takes the crown!!!🌯👑
I can also speak well of their chicken and waffles, numerous banana/strawberry, peach, and blueberry smoothies-as they're the best in town and made with love, as each comes with a flower in it!!!
I'm very proud to give then an extraordinary end outstanding five-star rating for the cooking expertise and great tasting meals. Keep doing what you're doing for our community!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
