Spold Macaroni & Cheese has just the right about of kick to it and reminds me of the late nights when they were open downtown. They dont skimp either, I got two meals out of it.

Montage À La Carte – Beaverton
Now I’ll tell you somethin’ real simple — this is food made by folks who care.
You can taste it right off. Ain’t nobody rushin’ back there. Ain’t nobody cuttin’ corners. This is the kind of place where somebody’s payin’ attention the whole way through, because that’s just how they do things.
That macaroni? Cooked just right. Not soft, not stiff — got that good bite to it. The sauce settles in real nice, rich and balanced, like it took its time gettin’ there. Every forkful tastes like it belongs exactly how it is.
And the meat — now listen — this is where a lot of places fall short. Not here.
Juicy, full of flavor, cooked patient. The kind of meat where you know somebody said, “Let it go a little longer. Folks gonna taste the difference.” And you do.
Everything works together the way it ought to. From ordering to sittin’ down with the food in front of you, it all feels easy. Comfort food done proper. No fuss, no nonsense — just done right.
If you asked me how it was, I wouldn’t dress it up. I’d just say:
“They fed me real good.”

The Shrimp Po Boy was sooo good. The shrimp were seasoned and cooked but still tender. The bun was perfectly toasted the veg and sauce were a good balance to this great sandwich. Not too hot and spicy, just right. The fried artichoke hearts were great and the lemon dill aïoli were what made these extra special. I would definitely order from here again.

The Spold Macaroni & Cheese: Well cooked and deliciously flavored pasta sprinkled with cheese, sitting in a pool (at least a third of a cup) of oil. Instead of Cajun seasoned cheese sauce, this pasta was dressed in oil, seasonings and topped with a bit of cheese. As stated, good seasoning, just way too much oil and neither creamy nor cheesey.
The Po' Boy (D) was small, in a soft, non- descript bun, and mainly a whole lot of sweet pickle mayo. Definitely NOT a remoulade sauce as there was not a hint of Cajun or creole spice, spicy mustard, lemon, garlic, hot sauce, horseradish or even black pepper, just a lot of sweet pickle. Instead of being stuffed with crunchy fried shrimp, this sandwich had a smattering of undressed, unseasoned shrimp. No tomato, a bunch of wilted shredded lettuce and sweet pickle. Nothing about this sandwich was restaurant or Montage quality and assuredly NOT a Po' Boy (D) . The fries were tasty and well seasoned.

The owners here couldn't be more awesome if they tried and neither could the food. Absolutely top tier , Nacho ronies are out of this world. I order at least 3x a week
