pretty disappointed in the sandwich. The bread was over toasted. barely had any meat. First time I've had a Steamer like that.

Absolutely delicious! All six subs in this order were amazing, made well, very neat,and exactly as requested. Couldn't be happierespecially since we got them on the two fo one deal!

Portions were insufficient and not evenly distributed across the entire sandwich. I am not a huge meat person, and even I felt as if I needed more meat... which is literally 1 out of 1000. Also, they mixed up the specific ingredients on my two hook and ladders, put jalapeños on both (not correct just supposed to be one), paid 1.95 for bacon to both hook and ladders and they only put bacon on one. The bacon was barely above Raw. Last but not least, neither bag of chips ordered were put in the bag and had to request a refund. Extremely, dissatisfied. And this is a brand new location! So, sad.

I always ask for no pickle but they almost always put a pickle on top of my sub. and it's never a canned soda. it's always bottled and never the right flavor. keep getting diet coke instead of a regular coke
