Tastes as bad as it looks. Drinks came lukewarm with no ice in a half empty container. The drink listing said the Kava High Tide (8 Oz / 8 G) came with a bunch of different flavors, but it tasted like just kava and water. With no ice/lukewarm warm/poor taste it was almost unbearable to drink. It was way overpriced for what I received. This is an ongoing issue, I've ordered a few times from here and same issue. I think that was my last order.

Did not come at ALL as pictured or described. Showed it was in a coconut and frozen it was a small pure liquid drink in a plastic cup not even half full

I've ordered several times from here and the cup comes half empty with no ice. I really feel like I shouldn't have to specify ice. It's seriously disappointing to spend $25 on two drinks to get it luke warm in a half empty cup with no ice. I understand kratom/kava is expensive, but visually it looks like I'm getting ripped off and ruins the experience. It does not look like $25 worth of drinks and not having ice makes it pretty unpleasant to drink.

Lacuna has been my go-to when it comes to kava for a while now, and being able to pick up orders has made it even better
