I appreciate the thinly sliced cabbage like in Japan, and also the daikon-oroshi that comes with the soba. Everything is flavored in what we call "Yasashii" flavors. I had the bulldog sauce ready but the sauce from the rest and dressing for cabbage which was rare of me to use, was also not too strong and was very nice that I used it all. There is thoughtfulness to their food and I love it.
