20. Milk Tea is really good, though not the best milk tea I've ever tried. Really great for being so close. The boba doesn't taste the most handmade but is still soft and chewy. Highly recommend if you don't want to drive far for boba

Delicious Meximocha! Rich coffee, perfect sweetness, big size, and friendly/professional staff! Would definitely recommend getting a coffee here.

Ingredients going bad. The lettuce was wilted and black, the bread was hard as though it was old. Iced coffee was warm. I will not be ordering from this place anymore.

I wanted to like this so badly, but the food is dry :( Everything Egg Bagels did not come w/ cream cheese and I wish there was some seasoning with the eggs. Same goes for the Egg Croissants w/ bacon. Flavorless. I enjoyed the Thai tea though, thank you!

paid extra for boba in drink but it still tasted good. paid extra for jalepeno in the bagel but it was still good. i feel meh about it. 3 stars
