My dad said the Corn Meal Cou-Cou with Oxtail is a game changer. The oxtail was soft, flavorful, and tasty. The cornmeal cou cou's texture was like eating mashed potato soft and creamy. The combination was really good. We highly recommend it. The large Corn Meal Cou-Cou with Oxtail meal is cheaper than other restaurants. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes they run out of food, but I think that's a good thing too. It means that they have loyal customers 🙂.

Corn Meal Cou-Cou with Oxtail was tasty and filling. Oxtail small meal with rice and peas was very good. I ate it in one setting. Stew Chicken smelled and tasted off, but I believe it might've been the vegetables. They weren't fresh. The red Red Snapper (Fish Only) was delicious and well seasoned. My dad loves the Whole Wheat Lead Pipes .

I felt like I was back in Barbados. We haven't tried the baked chicken meal, but everything else was delicious. Prices are great for the portion sizes. I closed my eyes as I bit into my sweetbread, and gave God thanks. My daughter didn't have room for a slice of my sweetbread, after devouring half her chicken roti and a currant slice. I encouraged her to take a small bite and she remarked that it transported her to a shop in Barbados that made rice and stew (leadpipe with cheese). Like I said, we truly enjoyed our meals, and now have our eyes and stomachs looking forward to other items on Culpepper's menu.

The Corn Meal Cou-Cou with Oxtail was tasty, but the oxtail
was mostly fat and bones. The cou cou was soft, but not plentiful for the price. My dad said that the Whole Wheat Lead Pipes were tasty but harder than usual. I enjoyed the Currant Slice. To be quiet honest, I don't know if I'll buy the Corn Meal Cou-Cou with Oxtail again. This is the 2nd time I was disappointed.

Overall, the meal was satisfying. The King Fish (Fish Only) was well-seasoned and tasty. The Corn Meal Cou-Cou with Snapper : the cou-cou was soft with plenty of okra, and the steamed snapper was tender and flavorful. The only slight letdown was the Whole Wheat Lead Pipes , which was a little too sweet and didn’t quite have the familiar taste or texture I’m used to.
