We ordered the duck and spicy crawfish jianbing. Both were mostly sauce and cracker with very little meat. Seriously, we unwrapped them to see if they had any meat at all.
There are better places for jianbing in Bellevue.

The Duck Jianbing was TERRIBLE. I had to pull it apart to find a single bit of the meat. Waste of $

The duck jianbing is exceptional---the perfect melding of sweet, savory, crispy, and juice. Lamb jianbing packs a delicious flavor punch, as well.

Another glorious Chinese culinary export and another reminder of why I want to go there! Perfectly crisp, great balance of hot and sour. Would recommend any with the potatoes 😁
