This is a great spot for years! The fish and chips are my favorite (and I've tried it all around) but their tartar sauce, Coleslaw and French fries are the best. They give good portions too. It's a nice corner spot for anyone in the area since they are friendly and this town is running out of places to eat.

I'm not happy with that order at all. It was soggy, and hardly any food. A small handful of clams strips and some limp cold fries. And for 15$ + it was a giant waste of money. I know Gaffers can do better. I've eaten in person and it is great. I guess they don't do the same for online orders. Shame.

The Fish & Prawns were honestly delicious and I have no complaints on the quality of the food but even with the 30% off happy hour the portion size was disappointing for the price which is the reason I can't give it 5 stars - two pieces of fish, two prawns and a small handful of fries for ~$13 already felt a bit steep but still in the realm of reasonable, I can't imagine paying the menu price's $18.50 for it.
If you like soggy fries this place is for you; I know some people do, I just don't, that's personal taste. The portion size of the fries was also disappointing though, fries aren't expensive and again I felt like I got a small handful that could have been doubled - I had actually thought when I first pulled the meal out of the bag that I hadn't gotten fries and the picture on doordash was just wrong, but they were just hidden underneath the fried pieces.
I still do recommend it, like I said the food was good - I'm just cheap!

Fish is fantastic! I ordered the fish sandwich. The listing did not state that it came with fries so I ordered those in addition...which meant I ended up with way too many fries, as apparently the sandwich does come with fries afterall. I asked for no onion on my sandwich...but got them anyways. The listing says seasoned fries....I don't even think they were salted. I also ordered coleslaw...again very plain, no flavor. The fish though...YUM, cooked just right, quality fish. Aside from the onions....I will order again, and make sure I have a salt shaker on hand!

food was not covered and just came in a paper sack. not much food for the price. coleslaw had Zero flavor. fries were practically raw.
