queso was hot, good taste, and good consistency
salsa is one of the better salsas in the area. slight heat, but not overpowering.

taco salad not worth $17 not much chicken. Lots of fluff, like the lettuce was so fluffed up it gave the illusion of a decent salad underneath. kids nuggets were cooked in certain parts and not others.

AMAZING FOOD! THE QUALITY WAS OUTSTANDING! I order flautas and the place I had been ordering them from always came either over fried and tough or rubbery. CASA MARIA HAD THE BEST FLAUTAS I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE. THEY WERE PERFECTLY COOKED, CRISPY BUT NOT OVERCOOKED. THE CHICKEN WAS INCREDIBLY JUICY, IT WAS SHREDDED PERFECTLY AND FILLED THE ENTIRE TORTILLA ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FLAUTAS IVE EVER HAD! It arrived hot and THE QUESO IS AMAZING ALSO! THE Funnel Cake Fries WERE OUTSTANDING AS WELL! THIS WILL BE MY NEW REGULAR MEXICAN FOOD PLACE! IT WAS HANDS DOWN SOME OF THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN VERY SOON!!!
