The 6. Spicy Mustard Green Fish Filet Over Rice tastes great—not very spicy, but very flavorful, and very good. It doesn't look or taste much like a traditional suancai fish stew; it seems more like borrowing from Sichuan traditions than reproducing them.
It's pretty large portion of fish, with just enough sauce to flavor the rice. The price is good, too. I definitely want to order from these guys again, and try more of their menu.

Absolutely delicious! We placed a large catering order, and every guest loved the food. The Lotus Chicken was aromatic with a flavorful sauce and generous portions, and the Crispy Vegetarian Eggrolls were hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy and fresh! The packaging was fantastic: sturdy, extra-wrapped trays kept everything hot and spill-free, with thoughtful venting to keep the egg rolls crisp. Included plates, utensils, napkins, and soy sauce made hosting so easy. Highly recommend!

I ordered the 3. Mapo Tofu "Shashuka" over Rice (mapo tofu w/ a southern twist), but instead I got a mess of tofu chunks, without pork, and without the tomato based "southern twist", but instead with… I think the sauce is supposed to be regular mapo tofu, but I'm not sure; at any rate, it's pretty bland. It's a pretty large portion for a good price, but it's not what I ordered, and not that exciting.
I have had good experiences with Fang in the past, so I will give them another chance, but this is pretty disappointing.

Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Anywhere. I don’t say this lightly, but all of Fang’s food is so delicious, perfectly prepared and well seasoned! I love the restaurant decor with the family style meals, and the staff is eager to serve and make customers happy.
The portions are family size, so between my family of four, we got potstickers for appetizers, a chau chau chicken, crispy chili fish and curry fried rice. The chicken comes with the most savory green beans, and the sauce on the fish is amazing!
I told them how I preferred their old recipe for the curry fried rice, and they not only make it special order for us, they comp’d us dessert too!

Expected Honey Apple Shrimp (GF) to be battered but was not- and only 7 shrimp? The 1. Sesame Chicken only had a few small pieces of chicken- most was all fried batter. Sauce sooo good though. Chow fun wow really good- make sure to stir it shake everything. The 6. Mongolian Stir Fried Beef Shortribs were pretty good, totally different cut of meat then what I got in the rest though. Make sure to shake!!
Did not feel this order was worth $100.
Tried to call to exchange the shrimp and chicken but they close at 2.
