• 20/05/25Love this new addition to Denver's salad / sandwich scene. Thai Mango Salad was a flavor bomb in the best way. Huge salad that is definitely more than one meal for me and that makes me happy. Husband loved his Prosciutto & Chicken and it looked beautiul. Excited to try everything else on the menu.

• 16/06/25Everything was so fresh and tasty! My new favorite in sandwich spot in Denver by a landslide. The "Not So Fried" Chicken was perfect, juicy chicken, great sauces. I'm not a mustard person but it was perfect on this. The Spicy Curried Couscous was PERFECTION. I need the recipe at this point. Also, the Lemon Cheesecake Cookie wrapped everything up nicely. Going to order again soon for sure.

• 10/03/26The Thai Mango salad with chicken is one of the best salads I've eaten in a long time. Everything was fresh & you definitely get your money's worth as far as portions too. The Chicken Parm Dip sandwich was delicious also. Highly recommend!

• 6/05/25Mendocino was my FAVORITE place to eat while I was living in California and I am SO HAPPY to finally have a location here in Denver!!! The Modern Caesar and the Prosciutto & Chicken sandwich are always my top two meals. Plus, you can NEVER go wrong with the Spicy Curried Couscous!!! Excited to have Mendocino as part of my lunch again! :)

The Chicken Pesto Caprese with gluten free bread held up well. It could have used a bit more pesto but still tasty and I'm grateful for the option to note that I have an allergy.
The small Kale & Apple Rainbow Salad however is tiny - like 3 bites of salad for $4+
I'll order from here again but I'll definitely stick to full size salads and sandwiches rather than risk paying so much for a tiny portion.
