Super yummy Lomo Saltado & my bf liked all the sauces and the Pollo Saltado.
Green Beans (Stir Fried) are a lil smokey in flavor
Portions were good & overall would order again

The Peruvian Paella lacked flavor and was missing the shrimp, the few seafood in it tastes chewy (you can definitely tell it was frozen). The Steak N' Onions & Chimichurri Steak Sandwichmichurri Steak Sandwich tasted good -- nothing too crazy. The best part had to be the Aji Verde Sauce, if added a lot of flavor to the dishes. Portion wise it was a lot of food & would order again but skip the paella.

I wanted to give them another try but it was a complete miss again. The chicken was slightly burnt on the outside but the inside seemed very slightly undercooked. The authentic saltado flavor missed the mark. It tasted more like a tomatoe sauce than anything. The portion size was great, I will give them that. Everything did seem fresh. I likely will not order again unless there are some changes especially the authentic flavoring/sauce for the saltado.

This is the most divine aji de gallina I have ever had, truly! I cannot wait to order again , eat at the restaurant and tell everyone I know about this.... what a treasure El Mono is, YAY!!!

the Lomito Sandwhich came with a layer juice at the bottom of the packaging which soaked the bottom bun completely. as a result, the sandwich arrived as a soggy falling apart mess.
it's a shame because the flavors were really good. I think the sandwich would have been much better if the bread was protected from becoming soggy when packaging it.
