Recommended. We tried East Coast Pizza for the first time on 1/8/26 and will definitely add them to our favorites. Our two-topping pizza we built was excellent and the Eggplant parmigiana was a generous portion and included pasta.

Firstly, I paid an extra $2.99 to receive the food priority and it actually came after the originally promised time. (no fault of the driver apparently the restaurant had a delay.) Secondly, kids spaghetti had very little sauce. Not even a tablespoon of sauce.

East Coast remains my favorite pizza right here in Riverview. It consistently tastes well with the orders, arriving exactly as requested. Just pizza tonight but the zeppoles are fantastic too!
