rosa's is my favorite place in town to eat. mexican food is just extremely palatable. they always cook and deliver pretty timely in the midday, and every bite brings me back to all my birthday dinners spent there. A+, also, please try their deep fried ice cream because it's to literally die for.

I ordered the Seafood Burrito from Rosa's and was overall really pleased! It arrived quickly, was well-packed, and the portion size was generous (beans and rice on the side.) The burrito comes "wet," covered in a mild green sauce and melted jack cheese. Inside, the creamy fish, scallops, shrimp, crab meat, onions, celery, lettuce, and cilantro were all chopped together like a salad. That texture was a bit unexpected, but it wasn't bad, just a little loose. For me the green sauce was the main flavor so I would be curious to try without that next time. A good sized lunch for 1-2 people.

The Fajita Quesadilla was so delicious. There were plenty of veggies in there and it's honestly the best quesadilla I've had.

I ordered the Chilie Relleno combo. I've tried them at every Mexican restaurant in town. These were very disappointing. The batter wasn't fluffy, and the cheese was odd. However, they do have the best salsa I've had here in town. Will go back for salsa, but that's it probably.

The shredded beef enchiladas are delicious. Lots of meat in them. The beans are delicious too.
