This does not represent German food authentically. The saurbsrten saurbraten was shamefully horrible everything was fake. The gravy was not real pan gravy. The meat was tough, dry and fibrous. The red cabbage was weird tasting it had cinnamon added. It's tasted like it was rotten with cinnamon added to cover the flavor. For such a high price. This restaurant has provided very disappointing food. I do not recommend this to anyone who's looking for an authentic German food experience I know what I'm speaking about because I have traveled to Germany many times and I come from a German family.

The schnitzel was dry and favorless. Tasted like it ws previous frozen. The potato salad was good
