Lamb perfectly cooked and tender. Chips were cooked golden. Tasted great.

I ordered the seafood basked. I had three crumbed prawns, well cooked & delicious with juice from a lemon wedge. Then 3 crumbed squid rings that were burnt & not so tasty, plus a piese of battered fish, which I had asked for to be crumbed. The chips were edible but far too salty for me. I also had a crunchy, juicy chiko roll, which was the better choice. It was delicious & filling. I was disappointed because I have had food from this store before & never a poor meal or burnt. Thank you.

Unfortunately the Chips were missing and I had to contact customer support and get a refund for this. The chicken was not very hot but still warm, dry and not as good as they usually are consistent with as far as quality. The dessert was nice. I ended up calling the shop and letting them know that I didn't receive my entire order and management apologised and personally delivered the chips to me and a complimentary dessert as well. Really appreciate the manager being able to fix this issue . I have given only 3 stars due to the fact that the chicken was not the best quality last night and that this wasn't the first time I've had problems with this shop not being able to get orders correctly done. I'm still intending to remain a loyal customer but for some reason delivery ordering isn't great and it is better to pick up instead. Unfortunately I don't have a reliable car at the moment so delivery is my only option.

Everything was great this time around with the order being correct and no items missing from my delivery. Steak Burger Lot Deal was what I ordered and I requested no pineapple and no sauce, and no salt on the chips because I dislike the chicken salt/seasoning salt that is use, and I got my order as requested and happy about that. Food tasted great!
