Good food, but delivery could’ve been better
I ordered from the new Chick-fil-A location through DoorDash and got the 12pc Grilled Nuggets Meal , Mac & Cheese , and waffle fries. The grilled nuggets were really good — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, definitely my favorite part of the meal.
The only letdowns were the fries and the sauces. The waffle fries weren’t hot by the time they arrived, which could’ve been from the delivery, but they also didn’t feel freshly made. And I didn’t get all the sauces I asked for, which was disappointing because that’s one of the best parts of ordering from Chick-fil-A.
For a new location, the food quality was still solid overall, but between the missing sauces and not-so-hot fries, it didn’t hit the usual Chick-fil-A standard. I’d give it about a 3.5 out of 5 — good flavors, just needs better follow-through. I will definitely give them another chance though, hopefully it'll be 5 stars next time!

Chick Fil Lay has excellent food and packs their food well. I wish their fries would be hot but other than that everything else was very good.

Sent my daughter her fave with extra pickles and she said it hit the spot. Awesome as always.
