• 22/12/24The chicken parm is so tender and delicious. I love Cucina Carini, and always love a good house salad or soup included with my meal. This restaurant is such a neighborhood staple and I hope it always stays busy. Everything on the menu is good. BYOB and always great service.

• 9/01/26All of tonight's food was very good as usual!
I wanted to comment on the kitchens ability to change sauces, pasta's etc.
Tonight, Everything was perfect and all changes and requests were done.
The gnocchi which I changed to meat sauce was especially appreciated because I don't like the regular Gorgonzola cream with spinach that they have on the menu.
Taking the pasta off a entree and adding a vegetables is something a lot of restaurants also don't allow or take requests on the door dash App.
So that is also appreciated.
Thank you again for the accommodations and great food.

• 9/05/24I had the veal Marsala, which came with 4 small mushrooms. The pasta which came with it was unsauced. There wasnt enough Marsala sauce to cover it. Very bland. The linguine and clams was very dry; clams were very, very overcooked.
