Pierogi are amazing. Bigos not so much. First time Bigos cabbage was cut too thick needs to ne sour kraut. Second time sauerkraut used was perfect but too much big pieces of dry meat. Meat tasted like dry chicken. It was should have fatty meat, smoked sausage, pork shoulder, bacon. Meat needs to be tender.
