Chicken was cooked so hard there was very little juiciness left in it. There was supposed to be a cheese sauce, but there wasn't. The refried beans had decent flavor but were very thin and soupy. The Mexican rice was overcooked. First time trying...won't be back.Pollo Loco

The guacamole is excellent! Everything else was good. I know it's not the restaurant's fault but I hate it when Door Dash has multiple stops after they pick up your food, because it's always cold when it gets here.
I like my queso a little thicker but it was OK.
The cheese enchilada didn't have cheese in it anymore, so I don't know if it melted away into the sauce or what happened during delivery.

Quesabirria .....the broth meant for dipping and sipping came in a tiny solo cup...like tablespoon full. very disappointing

They forgot to include my second entree but they coordinated with door dash and made it right
