• 3/06/26Chicken was cooked so hard there was very little juiciness left in it. There was supposed to be a cheese sauce, but there wasn't. The refried beans had decent flavor but were very thin and soupy. The Mexican rice was overcooked. First time trying...won't be back.Pollo Loco

• 1/04/26The guacamole is excellent! Everything else was good. I know it's not the restaurant's fault but I hate it when Door Dash has multiple stops after they pick up your food, because it's always cold when it gets here.
I like my queso a little thicker but it was OK.
The cheese enchilada didn't have cheese in it anymore, so I don't know if it melted away into the sauce or what happened during delivery.

• 7/01/26Quesabirria .....the broth meant for dipping and sipping came in a tiny solo cup...like tablespoon full. very disappointing
