Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Always pleased with this store until today. The 2 medium BoRounds I ordered were small and the Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit was a joke. How can they charge for a biscuit like this with only 1 SMALL piece of bacon cut in half. (And they were out of cheese) Usually they're made wonderfully but today was off. Everybody has an off day I get it, but the ball was dropped today unfortunately.

I definitely got good tenders and seasoned fries exactly how I like!! The only thing should be improved is the biscuit softer one as they are known for at Bojangles thank you for my delivery person as well.

Chicken was cold and super greasy, and there were no legs for the 8 piece. Biscuits were burnt to the point of being inedible. I ordered dirty rice and mashed potatoes, but got two sides of dirty rice with no communication on that. Overall probably the worst BoJangles I've gotten in a long time.

The Cajun biscuit fillet was dry like the chicken had been microwaved, and the blueberry biscuits were dry

The chicken was fresh and hot. But what was an incredible surprise was the biscuits were too. The regular ones and the Bo-berry both were fresh and hot. Soooo good!!! Y'all are awesome!
