I'm sorry, but the Roast Beef & Gravy Regular is NOTHING like it was back in the 70's! I have tried their sandwiches, off and on, over the years but I guess that food quality is different now days. Different owners equals different food prep and I guess suppliers, as well. I was hoping...that's all I can say.

Pasquale's has been my fav place for years. Seriously, if you know me, you know I'm obsessed. I've never had an issue with them accommodating my order as I usually remove everything from the salad in order to add ingredients to it that's not listed on the menu. Such as removing pepperoni and getting onion or removing ham and getting cranberry's. Well, I placed my order tonight as usual and called to see if they could replace the items I removed with other ingredients and I was told no. Which would've been fine if I hadn't already paid $13 for a bed of lettuce. When I told the lady this hadn't been a problem in the past, she stated that the managers had said they couldn't do that anymore because the DoorDash customer wasn't paying for the add ons. I told her that I removed everything from the salad and had still been charged for all of the toppings that I wasn't getting but that didn't matter apparently. So if you order a salad, just know you are gonna pay full price for all of the ingredients whether you remove it or not. And if you do remove it, there is no substituting the ingredients. The food is expensive already but this is the most expensive lettuce I have ever paid for. I get small business life is hard but feeling like a scam and I'm not a fan. They would've saved money by just accommodating my order but instead they stole money. I asked them to just go ahead and put all of the Ingredients back on the salad since I paid for it. After getting attitude when she asked the other manager, she said yes. But they didnt. So just blatantly taking money from customers is sad.

Horrible.Hardly no filling and no flavor. Fries were burnt . To much money for food we couldnt eat .
