To the kind woman who made our sandwich order in the wee hours of the night, THANK YOU! Thank you for taking our phone call and thank you for making our experience exceptional. Nothing was shorted. We haven't had subway taste this good for several years, not even kidding. The good ol' days when Subway hit differently (was much better). The nostalgia was back. Far beyond expectation, especially ordering at such a time. All ingredients were in every.single.bite.! Bread fresh! -wasn't dried out, nor soggy as we had the right amount of condiments. Tasted fresh, and.... ripe tomatoes! C'mon! Can't tell you the last time I came across such quality and decadence from a Subway!

BLT was literally 4.5 pieces of bacon. I didn't get the bread I ordered. BLT is literally 3 ingredients and they skimp on the 1/3 of the ingredients and overcharged even when they get my order wrong, over charge, and give me 4.5 slices of bacon as a BLT.....

I often order this late night and one thing that always urks me is how skimpy they go on pickles, olives or most veggies. It would be helpful if the app gave us the options to go light or heavy on toppings/ sauces

I was very unhappy with my sandwich tonight. I ordered the Steak & Cheese and paid for the 50% more. It had less on it than a regular sub. There was hardly any steak or cheese. Bar had any  toppings and it took an hour to get it. Ive ordered here before and it was good but tonight whoever made my sandwich really dropped the ball

Bread was dry and the lettuce was browning - not fresh at all, plus extremely late no regard whatsoever to the scheduled time I requested.
