I don't know how they do it. It took roughly 15 minutes for my order to get here and it sat outside in humid 85 degree weather for a few minutes. When I opened my bag, the ice cream was still firm. It didn't start to melt until I was about halfway through eating. The waffle bowl stayed crispy even after being in contact with ice cream for so long. And the flavors were perfect, sweet and savory without tasting like artificial plastic. Delicious, and worth every cent, I will definitely be ordering from here again.

This is the BEST ice cream around !!! My daughter is sick , she had 4 brain operations and is in the process of healing and needs all the protein she can get ...... the vanilla w the peanut butter is so so soooooo good. She eats one every day and loves it . Thank u for having such amazing ice cream .

my dessert tasted great but the reason I gave it four stars is because there was barely any ice cream on it. I know it was a hot fudge brownie sundae, but I mostly had Brownie and whipped cream. it did taste good, don't get me wrong it was delicious but I just kind of expected more ice cream and less of everything else. maybe next time I will just ask for no whipped cream.
