Best I've ever had. The rice is out of this world. The goons are a chefs kiss. The sushi is unmatched. I would order this everyday if I could.

First time ordering here... THIS IS WHAT AUTHENTIC CHINESE CUISINE IS. The Cold noodles (fantastic dandan noodle) and shredded potato (not extremely spicy, mellow until you eat a lot of it!) brought me back to my time in Shanghai, and I can not get enough! Sun Shui has a forever customer in me for sure.

Great food, but for the price I would have expected it would come with rice. Especially since I did not see steamed rice in the list of sides - it's hidden under "fried rice" which I didn't look at since I didn't want fried rice as an entree. Just a heads-up for other customers. Also, the 27. Grilled Fish seemed to be steamed rather than grilled, and came with a lot of sauce - absolutely delicious but it might be a surprise to anyone expecting something that was charred on a grill. 15. Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles were a little sweeter than I'd expect but very tasty, the pickled vegetable balanced it. 7. Eggplant in Hot Pot (with Beef & Chicken) was extremely cozy and the Tamago was good and sliced very thick.

The food here is not great. It lacks flavor and is not make with good ingredients - especially for the price. We had the spicy 6. Crispy Spicy Chicken which was dry and not crispy. It had very little spice and no real flavor. The 1. Beef with Broccoli was ok but still not up to par. The 1. Vegetable or Pork or Chicken Fried Rice had zero flavor. And, the 9. Fried Dumpling (6) were soggy, and again, almost completely lacking in flavor.
