Since 2014, Ebaes has successfully served ramen around the USC village area.
Ebaes has the most unique ramen in Los Angeles, such as The original Ebaes ramen, which has spicy & sweet broth, Tan Tan R…
Both items I ordered were delicious. Gyoza 8 pc was chewy and flavorful, and the USC Trojan Roll (5 Pcs) had amazing portions and was very fresh. Spicy tuna had the perfect spice level. LOVEDDD please dont fall off

I am not kidding when I say I have literally never tried a better spicy tuna bowl in my life. I constantly order from here because I can't even find something else close to it in Santa Monica. The tuna is so fresh and the price is amazing. You can tell they really put a lot of care into their food especially by the presentation.

I felt let down the moment I opened my delivery. The Philadelphia roll looked like it needed a pep talk just to stay together. The salmon seared roll was decent, but for nearly $20, I expected more than a microscopic layer of fish. The California roll tried to dazzle with extra flakes and sauce, yet somehow managed to lack real flavor.
I spent almost $50, even after a small discount, and waited longer than I’d like for something this underwhelming. On my personal rating scale, I’d give the food a 4, the price a 3, and the overall spark—charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent—a 3. I wouldn’t order again, even if they promised a front-row seat to watch them roll the sushi.

The DD Tonkotsu Ramen was good, tho the eggs weren't jammy at all, they were solid as can be. Next time I think I will hold off on the egg, I can make a soft boiled egg at home. Portion was large, and the chashu pork was perfect!
The DD Spicy Calif Roll (8) wasn't very good.

Pad Dee Eiw and California Roll (8 Pcs) are delicious at a good price when you buy together.
About ~$40 for everything, thats about $13 per meal.
Wish the Pad See Eiw had more broccoli but overall not bad if you need something fresh and delicious on hand for the next three days :)
