• 3/07/25I forgot how awful their subs are & I ordered. I saw a picture of the "Club on a Sub" that was on the Dash Pass specials. The real thing you get doesn't look anything like that picture. It hardly had any meat on it & there was no meat on the ends of the sub bread. I'm Very disappointed with Firehouse subs!

• 23/05/25The potato soup tasted like it was warmed up several times & was very watered down. I ordered bowls & the containers were so small that I would be scared to see the cup size container. You also have to pay for cheese, bacon & onion on top. If you have to pay for it then you should get a noticeable amount. Nope they were very stingy. Never again Firehouse!

• 16/05/24We typically love our food from this store, but this time was very disappointing. My salad is missing the meat from a Hook & Ladder Salad, the "bowl" of soup is less than one cup and about an 1/8" of grease on top.

• 7/01/24The Italian sub was disappointing and seemed very small. The brisket sandwich, however, was superb. Still fairly expensive for what you actually get
