• 29/06/24Ordered 2pc Leg & Thigh dinner. Crispy is good but this was way too hard. Mashed potatoes were still warm so that was good. Very little coleslaw in the container - nowhere near full. All in all it was disappointing.

• 22/03/26The sausage was burnt and hard. Couldn't eat it. First time I have ever had a bad experience from a Bojangles.

• 26/05/22I've actually slowed with using dashers because of the quality of the delivery's. The experience I had today was like a drive thru. All items were neatly organized and hot from the restaurant. No spills or forgotten items. It appeared to have come directly from the restaurant to my table, and I enjoyed it. Thanks
