I had a very good experience when I arrived to pick up my order. There was bad roads and no one wanted to Dash my food to me, so I decided to pick it up myself. I didn't have to wait very long and they insisted on making my food for me again so that it was hot and fresh! Thank you so much!

Ordered the steak, lobster tail, broccoli and French fries. The steak was almost well done when I ordered rare. There was no broccoli or French fries. Everything was exceptionally bland and for the price, I could've gone to Albertsons and spent $30 and made everything myself. The manager was very understanding and apologetic which was the only positive experience I had with red lobster. Highly recommend not getting food here.

Surf & Turf Maine lobster tail with 10oz NY strip was good, but the biscuits were overcooked and dry, and the crab legs tasted like water. $20 of water flavored crab legs.

The pizza was like eating cardboard. Very thin, and the toppings were sparse. Very few lobster pieces. Ultimately lacked flavor. I don't recommend the lobster pizza.

Mushroom were a mess and not stuffed , barely any dip for the price . So expensive for hardly any food. Ridiculous and everything was cold
