This place has very mediocre food. I haven't been there in a long time due to bad customer service in the store, but decided to try them again. Don't waste your money. My kids cook better food than this place and they aren't cheap for the quality of food they are serving.

The salad was slightly disappointing. My avocado that was in the salad is black . Honestly considering the price and this being a "higher end " restaurant you would just assume better quality food .. The chicken was good. Plus , some items were missing .

Prim Rib was under cooked, baker was so cool it had to be microwaved just to melt softened room temperature butter. I was very dissatisfied to say the least. I would never accept a meal so poorly prepared in the restaurant.

Not a good experience. Ordered several meals for coworkers working late expecting a typical good outcome from Jakers. Burgers were not cooked as directed, food was packaged half hazardly with open containers and missing side items that were paid for. When Jakers usually is a 5 star experiencw this was extremely disappointing.

did not receive any juice for my French dip French fries or horrible onion rings were delicious and both sandwiches were good one of the best turkey sandwiches I ever had put an option on the app if you don't want to give it a lot of dressing so people can pay extra for extra dressing on their salads some people like a lot of salad dressing two little tablespoons in those little containers is not enough
